Dramatic Eyeliner look (REQUEST)

Ok so I got a request about two weeks ago to do something I have never EVER done before....HEAVY eyeliner dramatic dark but light eye look! Sounds great! Truly a great request yet I am scared to do it! Ahhh I need help pulling the artist out of me!

Here is some inspiration to guide me....I plan to at least do a picture tutorial this week sometime! Damn I am so bad at completing requests in a timely manner! Forgive me!
